EFS Facilities Services LLC is holding a walk in interview drive to fill the following position below:
- Fire Fighting Technician
- Fire Alarm Technician
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must have minimum of 3 years of experience in the FLS maintenance field in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred only.
Job Responsibilities For Fire Fighting Technician:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on firefighting systems, including fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and extinguishers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for all firefighting equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and restore systems to operational status.
Job Responsibilities For Fire Alarm Technician:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire alarm systems, including panels, detectors, manual call points, sounders, and interfaces.
- Inspect and maintain Central Battery / Monitoring Systems (CBS), including battery banks, chargers, and emergency lighting circuits.
- Conduct functional and continuity tests as per NFPA and local civil defense requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, test reports, and compliance documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and restore systems to operational status.
