1. Electricians
- Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma/Electrical certification.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in (camps/residential/high-rise).
2. Cleaner
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Basic cleaning & hygiene knowledge.
- Basic English communication.
3. Gardener
- Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma/Electrical certification.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in (camps/residential/high-rise).
4. AC Technician (HVAC)
- Preferred candidates with ITI / Diploma in AC and Refrigeration.
- Candidates with 3+ years of HVAC experience in UAE.
5. Mason
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management in UAE.
- Having masonry and construction skills.
6. Multi-Technician (AC & Electrical)
- Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma/Certification.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in AC and Electrical.
- Able to work independently & attend breakdowns.
7. Painter
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Having knowledge of paints and coatings.
8. Plumber
- Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma in Plumbing.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in (camps/residential/high-rise).
- Having basic English communication.
9. Property Supervisor (Soft Services)
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience in housekeeping/property management.
- Having strong knowledge of cleaning, landscaping and hygiene.
- Candidates must be fluent in English.
10. Watchman cum Cleaner
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Having basic cleaning knowledge.
- Having basic English communication.
