Job Requirements:
- Previous UAE or GCC construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations
- Ability to supervise large workforce teams
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to maintaining project quality standards
